Shipping Terms

All orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 24/48 hours from the time you settle the payment of your order! We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

* For international delivery, order will be shipped via express courier, i.e. DHL / Fedex / UPS / TNT / EMS etc. whichever is applicable

* Shipment by EMS is only available for certain countries and parcel weight of total 2 Kgs or below. Delivery time will vary according to different country. In general, the parcel will be delivered within 10 - 15 working days

* For local delivery(Taiwan & Macau), order will be shipped by local courier

* The usage of Free Shipping Coupon is not applicable to the following products:

• Aoyue Int720 Infrared Welding System
• Puhui Irad BGA Welder T870A

* Order may also be shipped by specific courier if requested by customer (Additional charges may apply)

* Our web store accepts order of total weight up to 50 Kg. For weight above this value, we shall quote the shipping cost seperately

* Duties and taxes and/or VAT may be levied. Any such charges will be billed to the receiptant, unless instructed otherwise by the shipper

* All our shipments are covered by insurance but excluding any shipment to Afghanistan, Africa, Albania, Burma, CIS countries (i.e. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Krygyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan), Cambodia, Cuba, Estonia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel and the Palestinian Authority, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Mongolia, Nepal, North Korea, Oman, Syria, Sudan, Tibet, Former Yugoslavia (i.e. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Vojvodina and Slovenia), Yemen, Zimbabwe and United States Prohibited or United Nations Sanctioned countries as per The Office of Foreign Assets control (OFAC) Regulations of the U.S. Department of the Treasury
